Customer Review - Esurance

Esurance is horrible!

I was rear ended by one of their cleints in Oct. It took months and the help of my insurance company to get anyone to return my calls. Then when they finally sent me an offer, it was WAY below fair market value. I rejected their offer with proof of what the FMV really is. Their response was "just sign the papers" and "Frank" hung up on me!!!! We just filed a complaint with our States Insurance commissioner. After we see where that goes, then it's most likely off to find an attorney. We will be filing a complaint with our State Attorney on this company as well!!!

Costomer Serivices is a joke unless you LOVE voice mail and not calls back!!!!!!!!!
