Esurance has the worst customer service.

As a victom of a rear end collision from one of Esurance's policy holders & would not recommend this insurance company. Accident was May 9, four months later still nothing from this company. Only been able to contact a live person one time. So if you like automated answering services with no returned calls. This is the insurance company for you.
