Esurance are a bunch of crooks

When calling Esurance to cancel my policy due to a better quote I find out they charge a 10% fee for canceling my account early. Even though I was paying month to month they said I had a 6 month policy. I am 41 years old and have been with several companies and never once was I charged for canceling early. They have decent quotes, but terrible policies and customer service.
