Esurance = Worst mistake ive ever madeEsurance has its ups but alot more downs, getting a policy was easy, just click and go. I got into an accident, the esurance adjuster Mrs. Adams out of tampa wasnt very helpful, i was promiseda great many things and none of them panned out, she changed her story every other day and refused to answer the phone, instead insisted on calling me back at her convenience which was usually when i was at work, i brought this up to her and she told me if i wanted help id do it on her schedule. She requested witness statements, and badgered me for nearly a month to get her on the phone with the witness but wouldnt answer the phone when the witness was available, when i finally got the two together she told me that i had tainted the wotness in my favor and said she couldnt use the statement, i asked her why she asked for a witness if she didnt want to talk to them, she told me "I didnt think you had one." Worst customer support ive ever seen, if you are sure you will never be in an accident your good, but once something happens they will throw you under the bus and walk away smiling, which includes sending a 2007 Chevy 1500 with 18 thousand miles to a body shop and putting used GMC parts on it to save them some cash and depriciating the value by nearly 1/4.
