Esurance WILL find a way to get your moneyI've been an esurance policy holder for 2 years now, two weeks ago my fiance and i purchased a new car and added it to the policy after we were told there would be no charge to do so. three days later i got a bill for an extra $180 interem (spelling?) charge as well as my policy doubling for the rate change, confused as to why they would do this i called and they explained it. While this may be seen as a valid charge, they overdrafted my bank account by doing so and cause my rent check to bounce, needless to say neither the supervisors or the corporate office were willing to take responsility for their company's actions. i immediately cancelled my policy and got a credit back for the remainder of the month, went to progressive and have never been happier. so if you're still wondering, No, i would not recommend Esurance to even my worst enemy.
