Esurance Is a JOKE

I was pulling a travel trailer and was rear ended by an esurance client. Esurance came back to me with a settlement on the camper and it was way below market value. I read the valuescope to find out how they came up with the figures and it said they do local market compares. The local market compares were with someone in Florida, Wisconsin, and Michigan. What do they consider local, the united states. I do not want anything but to get this resolved and they have no concern for customers or clients. Please consider working face to face with one of your local insurance companies even if it will cost you a couple more dollars. Its been almost 2 months and they still won't budge. Maybe I'll wait until the market goes up have them reevalute the "market" value.
