Customer Review - Esurance

ESURANCE reeks

I needed car insurance, so I ordered coverage from ESURANCE. A month later, they decide that I may not live at the listed address (I do). They call me saying they're going to cancel my policy in a week if I don't show proof, but I don't have the specific proof that they want. They did take out their payment for a day before the supposed cancellation date. As someone in another review stated, they treat you like a criminal. They were very polite on the phone, but that just means they give you a kiss on the cheek before they ream you. I'm switching to Progressive. I've used them before and never experienced anything like this.
