Customer Review - Esurance

Do not let this company suck you in.

Esurance charges more for less. I had insurance with this company and when I asked to have my bank account information removed from the system I was told NO by the rep. I had to go down to the bank and process a claim, terminate my bank card just to stop the payment from going through. I asked that my policy be canceled on the 3rd of Jan, but the rep did not process that part so I had to pay another 2 weeks for insurance. Also I found out when my new insurance agent checked the records esurance had us listed as an inactive policy for three months, but yet I was still paying and when my new insurance company called them they stated that I still had coverage with them. This company should be baned from selling insurance. Spare your self the issues just look else where. State farm, Allstate, Progressive, Triple A pick any but DO NOT buy from esurance.
