Definitely switching back tp Progressive!

I ran over a raccoon, did some damage to front bumper. Esurance is still struggling to repair everything! Body shop said they are not willing to PAY!
My bumper has been painted and now is falling off my car.
WORST insurance I have ever owned!
You pay for what you get! I saved on price quote, but they SUCK!
