DOT Filing a Lien Against my House for Unpaid Claim

I have had Esurance for four years- it is fine if you don't need it. But I got in one accident where there was a small amount of damage to a traffic sign and Esurance won't return my phone calls, letters, or e-mails. The State Department of Transportation is now filing a lien against my house for the unpaid bill for the traffic sign damage. Esurance has taken over 8 months now and haven't paid for my car repair, either. The DOT are also in the steps of garnishing my wages.

Thanks Esurance for taking my $97 a month and not helping me in the ONE time I needed it.

I'm going to cancel ASAP.
