DONT LISTEN TO THE NAYSAYERS--ESURANCE IS OUTSTANDING

I have been a Esurance customer for years. I am completely happy with every aspect of this company. Extremely easy to get policy info, proof of insurance cards, make changes to my policies,payments, etc. Every person I have dealt with in this organization is professional and kind and they all have gone out of their way to assure I am happy. Most important, I recently was involved in an accident. My claim was handled swiftly and the outcome was extremely fair. I will stay with this company for many years and recommend Esurance as often as I can. I was previously with Amica, which came highly recommended. They were the rudest and harshest people I have ever dealt with in ANY kind of business transaction. Esurance provides OUTSTANDING customer service and great products and claim service. I highly recommend this company!
