Great insurance until you need to file a claim. Esurance was half the price of USAA and much lower then other insurance companies. When filing a claim they were awful. I could rarely reach any of my claims reps. My messages were never returned and they were rude on the phone until they found out I was military (like it should make a difference). Stay away unless you plan on never getting in an accident.
