Claims department is the absolute WORST in the Industry.

This is without a doubt the worst insurance company I have ever dealt with. The claims department never answer the phone and they never call back. When I did get in touch with a claim adjuster they refused to provide me with a rent a car while my car was being repaired. When they did consent to providing a car. They would not provide me with the same category car (full size premium) that I have. The customer service center answers the phone and are very good (they want to get you as a customer). But the CLAIMS department is the absolute worst in the Industry. Compared to Allstate, State Farm or any other company I have dealt with. ESURANCE is the WORST.
