C H E A P, you get what you pay for!

So I went with esurance because they were about 30 dollars cheaper than Nationwide, everything was good, until about 3 months into my policy I get a phone call saying my brother (illegally) obtained a license using my address (which he did not live at)and he was being added to my policy. The only way to prevent this from happening was to FORCE him to turn in his license which I did. The DMV provided him with a receipt but would not provide me with one, they said the insurance company would be able to see in a few days he had turned it in, now a month later, there he is on my policy and they added an additional 522.29 to my premium witch two months left to pay it making my monthly payments about $400.00, I call to get it taken care off and they are on their "lunch" break. There open from 830am-1:00pm central time and then 2-630pm (how convenient the times MOST people are at work)not really impressed. My brother obtained him license a year ago, and therefor had it when I got my policy, if you think its as easy and just canceling my policy its not, because there is a $400, early termination fee. Not a happy camper to say the least, they are cheap but you get what you pay for!!!
