Buyer Beware

You might save some pennies up front but the auto billing and lack of real customer service will cost you dollars later. The auto billing basically allows Esurance access to your bank account via Paypal and you will have to watch them like a hawk as they tend to overcharge on a regular basis and so sorry, they will not refund the money! They might issue acredit against a future billing...

The "hip" customer service staff provides little real customer support, a bad thing to discover when you need assistance from your insurance company (that's what you are paying for right??)! Buyer beware...trendy ad campaigns are not a substitute for fair business practices and decent customer service!!
