Asurance has Awesome Claims Handling

Customer service with esurance can't be beat, as a person that has dealt with a number of insurance carriers in the past, I can't overstate how satisfied I am with the customer care and service given by esurance. The Claims department is really on the ball: when my wife had an accident a couple of months ago I went online and notified esurance. I not only got a call back the same day, I got a call back within the hour! I couldn't believe a fast and courteous the company was. Not a single one of my questions went unanswered and, when I had first dreaded calling the insurance company I was completely glad I did. Esurance is easy to get, their online services are outstanding and my wife and I have finally found an insurance company we can actually like working with. I pay my premiums with pleasure.
