Amazing Esurance

I have spent the last week dealing with an major online electronics company, talking to someone in the Phillipines, very tough. I dreaded making the call to esurance for my issue thinking 'here we go again'.
Esurance has wonderful operators that are very knowledgable and kind. Sherry walked me through everything, couldn't have been eaiser. I wanted to hug her at the end of the call. She was tons more helpful and faster than my local agent ever was.

Amazing.
