THE WORST!!!
Claims representatives are lazy and unwilling to represent a policy holder of 5 years. The accident was not even my fault yet I had to do all the footwork for both insurance companies. I switched to Farmers immediately and am being guided by them. |

ESURANCE ROCKS!
I'm a little surprised by the reviews as I've had a great experience with ESURANCE. I cancelled the coverage and moved to Farmers...big mistake. Farmers customer service and claims process BITES! |

RIPPED OFFI was greeted well when I sign up for the insurance, answer every question truthgully. 3 weeks later received a call from a rude rep, saying that I did not live at said address (I do, and had proof). She said she would have to charge me for my last address and whom every lived there, which would be continued... |
