STAY AWAY they start off reasonable but hike your rates for no valid reasonsBe careful of Esurance. I was a faithful customer since 2006 and I had a NO FAULT accident where the other guy's insurance had to pay for injuries and car damage. This involved lawyers, documents, phone calls. Esurance never had to pay a dime but ironically within 6 months of my accident they doubled continued... |

C H E A P, you get what you pay for!So I went with esurance because they were about 30 dollars cheaper than Nationwide, everything was good, until about 3 months into my policy I get a phone call saying my brother (illegally) obtained a license using my address (which he did not live at)and he was being added to my policy. Stay Away!This company has the worst customer service I have EVER experienced with any company and cancelling a policy I never accepted in the first place is near impossible. I have to wait to get money put back that was never authorized is worse than impossible! I would steer clear of this company and their website continued... |

ESURANCE reeksI needed car insurance, so I ordered coverage from ESURANCE. A month later, they decide that I may not live at the listed address (I do). They call me saying they're going to cancel my policy in a week if I don't show proof, but I don't have the specific proof that they want. They did take out their payment continued... |

flat tire.I had a lousy flat tire and it took the road side service an hour and 45 min to arrive, he put the spare on (which was flat also) which he took off, so again i had call the road side service. finally after 2 hours sitting on the side of the road a real tow truck showed up and hauled the car and me to continued... |

Esurance sucks - I'm switching to GeicoEsurance is great until you have to file a claim. My rep barely called me back, if at all. No one wanted to help me. Their "E-Star" facilities are unprofessional and do crappy work to your car. BEWARE!!!!!!!!! continued... |

The worst customer service experience EVER!Esurance removed a driver that no longer lived at our address from our policy but did not remove the vehicle. They continued to charge me for this vehicle for three months, which I only found out about after serious inquiry.
