MAD!!!!!! Why wont you do what you say you should!!!!!?????

Our van was in an accident-out of state. The claims adjuster there authorized a dealer to begin repairs before they even got a key to get into the car. The first estimate was 6300. It has now been nearly 20,000 in repairs!! And Cincinnati Insurance wants to keep repairing the car. We have had doors fly open, brakes fail, it wont start!! I am tired of being their guinea pig to see if the car really works this time. I have three little kids. This repair job has been 6 months. They admit it should be totaled- but they wont do it!!!!
