Great company

Why are there no dates on these reviews?? This is January, 2010. It's amazing that out of the hundreds-of-thousands of claims this company must handle each year there are so few complaints. I know Cincinnati's claim service has ranked among the highest (in real surveys) since they have had my business, home and auto insurance. They are not a ‘budget’ company, but their rates have become a lot more competitive. (Who doesn’t expect to pay a higher premium for a 16 or 17 year old driver?) Remember, you do get what you pay for! Without question, their policies provide far broader coverage than most any other carrier. I have had three claims over the years and Cincinnati was prompt and fair in each one. One was a lawsuit filed against me and I am very appreciative of how Cincinnati stood with me to defend me!! They went above and beyond. Perhaps one of the "complainers" in this forum was the person that sued me…and lost?? Funny how people tend to twist facts to suit their interest and then act all upset because no one believes them and they don't get what they want! Funny how people want an insurance company that will defend them, but are unhappy when that same company defends someone else against their attacks. Funny how folks recommend "get a lawyer", but don't mention that lawyer will take up to half of your claim money. Perhaps they are lawyers? Without question, you will get broader coverage and the best claim service (hope you don't need it though) from Cincinnati!!
