Furious

My husband and I have had Cincinnati Insurance since 1987. We have never had a claim to file with them until 2008. We had to fight and fight to get our money to fix up the house. For years and years they have allowed us to make payments if we needed to BUT now that we had to file a claim they are being mean. They canceled our insurance with out telling us because our payment was 1 week late. We have been without insurance for a month and didn't even know it!!!!!!!
