My car was parked in a designated parking space at my employment JP Morgan Chase 1820 E on July 25, 2009 at Sky Harbor Pkwy South PHX, AZ 85035. This contractor damaged the rear end of my 2002 Honda Accord with their crane while painting Chase’s garage. The painter who identified himself as Tom Garringer was not forthcoming about the accident. Security tapes show footage of the accident. Tom was confrontational and verbally abusive to the point where I contacted the PHX Police department. I called 911 to avoid physical confrontation from Tom when exchange for information was requested by me. Police officer Guliano badge 7669 responded and secured the necessary information about the painting company and Tom’s identity and also provided me with a call #091185984. The officer stated that he could not be involved in a civil matter. He maintained the peace by asking Tom to stop his verbal out lash. At this point my Wife and I exited the employee parking lot.
