Cincinnati Insurance Company - Horrible Home Claims Service

We filed a home claim 2/5/2011 for weight of ice and snow. Subsequent to the loss the roof started leaking. We are still fighting with Cincinnati Insurance Company to get the loss covered. They only want to fix the interior and state the damage to the roof is not covered. Our adjuster and independent agent have not given 1 ounce of customer service in the settlement of our claim. The claims is still not settled [going on 4 months now]. Once the repairs are made we are moving our home insurance and letting everyone we know what horrible claims service or should I say complete lack of claims service Cincinnati Insurance Co provides. I am also filing a complaint with the Ohio Department of Insurance.
