Cincinnati Insurance A Poor company

Any company you have to fight to get work done is not the company for you. I did more fighting to get these guys to get off their behinds and work my claim. I had a car pull out in front of me one day and I struck his side the Driver admitted fault his insurance agent admitted fault and the police officer held him at fault on the accident report. Had 3 witnesses say the other driver was at fault....2 years later we still haven't settled and the car was totaled....DO NOT BY ANY MEANS USE THIS CAR INSURANCE
