The claims adjuster, Kelly Blizzard, is a blatant liar. At our first meeting, Kelly promised to fix all our concerns for the 7-8 damaged units in this park. Then we had to have heated argue with him to complete even the basic repairs. It appears that he thinks he has completed his job and now won't even talk with us; frequently hanging up on us when we call for more (required) action or to express disappointment with the terms/amounts of the various settlements. We need an honest adjuster - or a lawyer to settle this properly.
