Can you say "Customer Service?"

We have been with Cincinnati for 15 or 20 years. Never had a claim, never late with premiums. Good CUSTOMERS right down the line. But my husband got a ticket for a rolling stop through a stop sign -- OHHHHHHH the Shame!!!!!!!!!! -- and Cincinnati figures here is a great opportunity to up the rate. "Everybody does it" is the explanation we get. This gives us a reason to take a look at our car insurance options and it turns out we can save $300 a year by going elsewhere. So instead of a plus $67 a year for the ticket, Cincinnati will be seeing a MINUS $1000 a year for letting a computer handle "customer service".
