This insurance company is an absolute jokeI had to file a claim with this insurance company, as they covered the company that broke a $600 piece of glass while they were working here. The 1st time that I talked to the claims adjuster (Denis Armstrong), she was already argumentative and very defensive...saying that I probably couldn't 'prove' continued... |

Evil - GOD forbid you are in an injury accident....Claims adjusters are cruel and ignorant. GOD forbid you are in an injury accident......they will make you feel like you are doing them wrong!!! My husband was in a serious no fault accident, they were fine for the first year, then after that treated us like sheer hell!!! He has had numerous operations continued... |

Cincinnati Insurance Company - Horrible Home Claims ServiceWe filed a home claim 2/5/2011 for weight of ice and snow. Subsequent to the loss the roof started leaking. We are still fighting with Cincinnati Insurance Company to get the loss covered. They only want to fix the interior and state the damage to the roof is not covered. Our adjuster and independent continued... |

They should be sued and out of business.My mother was killed by one of their customers. They wanted to waste all this time and he haw around. cant get an adjuster to show upWe returned home from vacation to find that we have a flooded basement. The after hours operator put us through to a person that confirmed that we had coverage and told us to call someone to come out and start the cleanup. We did but, now they are saying that we should have had an adjuster out prior to continued... |

poor claim compensationMy wife struck a deer with my truck and the truck would no longer start as well as the ABS brake system would not reset. It all happened at the time of the deer strike yet they wouldn't fix my truck because they claimed it was a "maintenance issue". It ran fine before the strike but not after continued... |
