Customer Review - Cigna

still in severe pain

first of all I agree that Cigna sucks. I worked for a major lab corporation and had to go out on short term disability for severe degenerative disc disease. My doctor took care of all my paper work and submitted it in a timely manner. I was approved for short term disability and then after a certain amount of time my condition got worse then I was briefly approved for long term disability for 1 month then Cigna sent me a letter stating that i would no longer be on long term disability with a lame reason. I appealed my decision and they still denied me even when my primary care doctor and orthopedic doctor both stated that I could not work because of my condition. I have lost every thing and I have applied for social security disability with my case still pending. So if anyone knows of a class action lawsuit please port the info on this site so I can call to participate in it.
