CIGNA is somehow in cahoots with CareCentrix, which acts as a middleman in order to get money up front from the customer with absolutely no guarantee of getting the money returned, once it's paid. I fear this is the future of what insurance companies eventually want to do. Make the customer pay and then with absolutely no power, attempt to get it back. Another corporate scam.
