Worst insurance company I have ever seen

5 times in the last 6 months, they have kicked back claims to my health care providers saying that the person is not covered. I call them up, and they profess ignorance, saying I am covered, and the provider must be mistaken. This is multiple providers saying the exact same thing.

Also, their flex spending debit card is a complete joke. 80% of the times myself and everybody I work with use it, they kick it back saying they need further proof of the charge. Example: a use the card for a $15 co-pay at a pediatrics office, and they pretend that they need proof that it was used for medical purposes. Do these idiots think I am buying bourbon at my kids' doctor's office?

Cigna is fraudulent, deceptive, and just basically a piece of shit company. Run and hide from these scam artists.
