Watch Cigna Carefully!

While Cigna has for the most part lived up to our contract, I have found that they make frequent "mistakes" that are in their favor financially! Then each time it's taken them 3 wks to process the correction to the claim. In addition, their PT benefits stink. They will pay $30 for each of 24 sessions per year. Well an average PT session is $150...
