Terminated Coverage for Unjust Reasons, Won't Pay Prescription Claim

AVOID CIGNA at all costs!! I lost coverage because their online payment system failed to show them my payment until 8 days after I made payment, ON-TIME. I was a customer for only a month until terminated… I never got paper bills sent to me, had to figure out how to pay my premium after customer service repetitively failed to help - making Cobra payments are apparently a mystery.(or not accepted at all apparently) I was sent running in circles until I decided to call my previous employer.

Now they won't honor a prescription claim for $150 because they stalled in initially activating my insurance. Cigna customer service told me to pay full price and send in for reimbursement later. After 2 reimbursement denials for different reasons, they still continue to make excuses. It's been over 3 months and I won't give up. NEVER GIVE IN TO UNETHICAL BEHAVIOR! We can’t let lobbyist and corporate firms dictate their money flow. Now because of Cigna I cannot afford to treat my abundance of health issues. No other carriers will accept me since Cigna terminated me for "non-payment," and not to mention all my pre-existing conditions... the entire reason I maintained my COBRA health coverage in the first place! CIGNA left me with NO OPTIONS, and they will NOT cooperate, even when I tried to escalate the issues. NOTHING. I could go on, but I've exhausted my anger for today. CIGNA IS SCUM!
