Terminated Coverage for Unjust Reasons, Won't Pay Prescription ClaimAVOID CIGNA at all costs!! I lost coverage because their online payment system failed to show them my payment until 8 days after I made payment, ON-TIME. I was a customer for only a month until terminated… I never got paper bills sent to me, had to figure out how to pay my premium after customer service repetitively failed to help - making Cobra payments are apparently a mystery.(or not accepted at all apparently) I was sent running in circles until I decided to call my previous employer.
