Short term disability

After telling me they are not my company's insurance ,then weeks later said they were, then said they did not have enough medical info from my doctor. although the doctor's office had called the claim manager to make sure they faxed all the info they needed. Over two months later they don't have the info needed from my doctor's office.I think this is ridiculous.
