Customer Review - Cigna

Same problems with life ins.

I have been getting different stories every time I talk to someone at cigna , since my wife passed away, but they still will not pay the life ins. policy I had through my employer.
I really don't have the words for people who treat others the way they do just to keep money in their hands as long as they can. Nor do I understand why the States or Country hasn't at least tried to put a company like this out of buisness.
