Response to "CIGNA will screw you and your company"

in response to this review, your plan that your COMPANY offered to you and purchased from CIGNA to insure you must have required that you satisfy your deductible before coinsurance comes into play. If you feel this is not the best option for you, you should complain to your company who can provide you a different benefit option. CIGNA can offer an unlimited amount of options and this is what your COMPANY has chosen so deal with it of complain to your company. It's not CIGNA's fault.
