I don't trust Cigna

Cigna really sucks, takes soooooooooooo long paying claims,tries to come up with excuses why, send you letters stating you owe,which I found out it was a billing company that they were trying to get me to pay for.When I came up with a medical code number and asked them about it,they told me it was a billing code from a company I never dealt with.They tried to get me to pay the bill,but when I threatened,they told me I was sent that bill by accident,that it was a billing company they deal with and I should not have been sent this bill. Cigna is trying to get money from you on things that they get charged with for doing business.If I had not questioned the charge,they would have kept bugging me for the bill.Over all I have had nothing but problems with Cigna. If they can get away with it they will,if not they say it was a billing mistake.Don't trust Cigna
