Horrid Company

In 31 years of using corporate health care, with the last 10+ years with BCBS, we have never had more than a cursory issue with any provider.

Now that we have Cigna, we have spent hours on the phone talking to their customer service (they take great liberty with that title) trying to get claims to pay. They refuse to allow you to speak to a supervisor.

My husband has escalated to HR, as we are tired of the run-around.
