Horrible Insurance

My father has Cigna insurance through his work. I am still in college so I am covered as a dependent. We have a set amount that Cigna dental pro is suppose to pay towards orthodontic procedures. However, even though I am suppose to still be covered Cigna denied my claim and my appeal even though my account and benefits clearly state I am suppose to be covered. Cigna is a horrible insurance company.
