Frustration

Cannot even explain my frustration with trying to get my son Speech Therapy. My doctor has been so patient with them to send and resend any paperwork for like 3 months, and then I call them back to see what else they need, and they act like they haven't seen any paperwork and different representatives all have different answers. Try not to get a heart attack while dealing with them because they might or might not cover it. Depending on who you talk to.
