Cigna should have a class action suit filed by those who have had hassles with long term disability

I have been on long term disability since June 2008 - and my case was just closed. They claim my doctor has not provided enough information for me to continue, even though he wrote a detailed letter stating I could not return to work and reasons. Further they say a nurse told them in April I could return to work with no restrictions. The nurse they named died in January - insane. I have cancer and many complications from it including neuropathy, depression and a permanent colostomy bag which causes cramping and embarrassing explosions. I don't wish ill on anyone, but I do wish their employees could experience some of these symptoms. They do not have a good medical review board nor customer service skills. I can just picture a couple of fat men throwing craps in a back room as the decision makers - and unfortunately their are no sevens to be had for the ill.
