Customer Review - Cigna

Cigna service is a disgrace.

I have both my secondary and primary policies with Cigna and could not get my medical bills to paid in full. They told me, the secondary policy does pay the copay from the primary. They only paid the difference between the allow amount from the primary. The customer service rep told me it does not worth having two insurance because they do not pay or have to pay your patient balance. I thought that's the reason a person have 2 insurance so they don't have a patient balance. I have work for an insurance before where if the patient balance from the primary insurance is less than the allowed amount on the secondary, they pay the patient balance. I am so disappointed with Cigna.
