Cigna needs to pull their head out of fill in the blank!

My coverage dictates that we have to use Tel-Drug pharmacy for all chronic medications. My twins are Type 1 diabetics. Anyone that knows anything about Type 1 knows that insulin is life support! Without insulin, a diabetic will die. I always have nothing but problems with these morons! First problem was when they shipped their insulin to the wrong address, so it got sent back to the company. They sent it to my home address even though I had clearly stated and made them repeat back to me my work address. If you're not home and they're delivering insulin...it goes right back to the company because it has to be taken from the ice3 chest and immediately placed in a fridge. Did I ever get notified? nooooooooo Second problem was the rep entered the wrong year in for my credit card, so the card got declined. again, not my fault since i repeated it 3 times. but instead of calling me or writing me to tell me the scripts weren't being refilled, they just canceled the order. Last week I called because i had mailed in the refills 3 weeks prior. When I called because nothing had been received yet I was informed that they never got the refill reorder form. Say what? ok, fine so I refilled them while on the phone with them. I called them today to find out why the status online stated "verifying order" they said that the amount of needles listed on the refill seemed excessive so they were not shipping out ANY of the 8 refills I ordered. EXCUSE ME?????????? I very much dislike cigna and i HATE HATE HATE Cigna Tel Drug!!!!!
