Cigna IS Awful

Terrible Coverage & Customer Service.

I have been dealing with Cigna to have claims straightened out from 4 years ago,& I still cannot get anything done.

The customer service reps do not want to help you at all.

Cigna does not want to pay on any claims,they want to apply everything to the deductible.leaving one hell of a bill to pay.
