CIGNA is Criminal

Cigna goes out of their way not to pay claims. When you call about your claim the CSR are incompetent. They must be reading off of scripts. I am currently without my hematology medication because they miscalculated "days supply". Cigna thinks a month supply is 28....riiiiiight. Unless you take an injection twice a day. Duh! Their mistake. My problem.
