CIGNA and ORTHONET

CIGNA contracts with Orthonet for Physical Therapy. It is a wonderful game they play, one does not know what the other one is doing so no one is responsible. Don't count on getting any of the physical therapy care that you need. It is a big, big, secret how Orthonet makes their decisions.
