Avoid Cigna Insurance

I have had Cigna for over 5 years, now that I have to be off work , and Cigna has done their best to refuse my claim, even though they had all the hospital and doctors records they claimed it still wasn't enough information. Our company got involved and Cigna sent a check only to be followed by a letter that more information must be sent to receive another check. I would not recommend Cigna Insurance to anyone.
