Avoid Cigna!

Customer service is horrible! They do not keep records of customer calls so each time you call you start over. They basically don't give a hoot about individual customers as all the big money is in selling group policies. Cigna is a shining example of why the U.S. should get rid of for-profit health insurance companies!
