Avoid Cigna!Customer service is horrible! They do not keep records of customer calls so each time you call you start over. They basically don't give a hoot about individual customers as all the big money is in selling group policies. Cigna is a shining example of why the U.S. should get rid of for-profit health continued... |

middlemanCIGNA is somehow in cahoots with CareCentrix, which acts as a middleman in order to get money up front from the customer with absolutely no guarantee of getting the money returned, once it's paid. Terminated Coverage for Unjust Reasons, Won't Pay Prescription ClaimAVOID CIGNA at all costs!! I lost coverage because their online payment system failed to show them my payment until 8 days after I made payment, ON-TIME. I was a customer for only a month until terminated… I never got paper bills sent to me, had to figure out how to pay my premium after customer service continued... |

Cigna Health InsuranceThis insurance is AWFUL!!No co-pays go toward your deductible. I am on advair monthly and I had a coupon to get my first prescription free. Keep in mind you have to have insurance to even use this coupon...Guess what Cigna won't let you use it!They insist you pay the co-pay (mine is $40)therefore I couldn't continued... |

CIGNA and ORTHONETCIGNA contracts with Orthonet for Physical Therapy. It is a wonderful game they play, one does not know what the other one is doing so no one is responsible.
