!@#$ you CNA, you are the worst!

The landscaper drove the lawn mower into gravel and sprayed the car with rocks. Broken window and paint chips, landscaping company own up to damage. Easy peachy right? Absolutely @#$!ing wrong, their drag their feet, deny coverage, conduct investigation, asking my elderly mother to clean up broken glass herself. 10 days no action, the car sits there work can't start.
